Pink Spiral Tree

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of a New Challenge over at Daisy Chain Challenges

The theme for this month is Happy Christmas.  We would love it if you would come and join in with us.

For my DT Card I decided to have a play with rubber stamps and inks!

I used an Inkylicious Spiral Tree Stamp which I stamped and then heat embossed with a Silver Embossing Powder.  I used a Spellbinders Christmas Stamp to create a background and stamped this up in Silver and Pink Inks.  I cut the image out using a Spellbinders Circle Die and then used Pink Ink to distress round the edge.  I stamped the sentiment and finished by adding some clear gems to the tree.

I don't often get the time to play with the stamping but I am hoping to get more of a chance in the New Year!!!  (Yes another New Years Resolution lol)

I would like to enter this card into the following Challenges
Alphabet Challenge - T for Trees
Robyn's Fetish - Square or Rectangle Cards

Christmas and Last Post!

Hi There

It is the time for a New Challenge over at Dragonfly Dreams Challenge

The theme for this month is Christmas.  Lots of those creations about at this time so please come on over and link up with us.

This is actually my last post as a DT Member with this team and I would like to say Thank you to Traci and the Girls for a great time!

For this Christmas Challenge we have Fred She Said sponsoring us.  I got to use two of their images because I couldn't decide which one to do lol!

For my First Card I used Little Fat Santa and I printed him three times and coloured them all different colours using my ProMakers.  I have used Diamond Sparkles Glitter on the furry bits!  I added a Merry Christmas Ribbon and Hand Tied The Bow.

For my second card I used this image called Winter Westie and this was also coloured using ProMarkers.

I haven't made a card using a square panel layout before but I have seen alot round Blogland so I decided to have a go!  I cut the image out using Spellbinders Circle Dies.  Stamped the sentiments and finished by adding Pearl Gems

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today and sharing these two cards with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon!

Notebook Steampunk Style

Hi Everyone

Today is the start of a New Challenge over at CCC Digi Creations.

The theme for the next two weeks is Anything Goes.  Please come on over and join in with this Easy Peasy Theme!

We have the wonderful Faery Ink sponsoring us for this challenge.  I chose two work with an image called Autumn Rose Cogs & Curls which I have coloured using ProMarkers.

For my DT Project I made a Notebook.  Another Teacher Present lol.

The covers are made from 2mm board and I used a Bazzill Basics Brown Shade as my Base/Frame Layer.  The Brown Paper is from a Joy Paper Pad called Earth.  It has some amazing papers in it!  I used a Memory Box Alphabet Die to cut the NOTES.  I popped on a Silver Owl Charm to the top hinge, added some wooden cogs and finished with some Bown Pearl Gems.

I would like to enter this Notebook into the following Challenges

Oh What Fun I had!

Hi Everyone

Thanks for stopping by and sharing this with me.  I had such such fun creating this card.  I haven't a clue where the idea for this came from but it went a little like this lol!  My crafty friend happened to mention that her favourite image of all time was this one called 50 shades of Smexy by Slinky.  I decided that us crafters don't normally receive things with our favourite images on them because usually we like to make things using them.  I bought the image and printed it off and she reminded me of a bauble all tied up like that so I went with the idea to use her to make a Christmas Card (Not the usual Christmas Image I agree lol)

The Image was coloured using ProMarkers.  The card blank is a 6" Square and I have used a DieVersions Snowflake die for the side borders.  The patterned paper is from Wild Rose Studio.  I cut some baubles using two Memory Box Dies.  The sentiment I typed and printed out on the PC as it had to be just right for the image lol.  The snowflakes are a Robert Addams Die.  I finished by adding Red Satin bows to the baubles and above her hands as she still reminds be of a bauble lol!!!  I popped on some red glitter glue to some of the snowflakes  (Not very clear in the photo)

I was trying to think a little out of the box and use this image for something slightly different.  I hope it worked but if not I don't really mind as I had a real buzz creating it!!

I hope you liked my little bit of fun lol.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

I would like to enter this Hanger into the following Challenges

Disaster Struck!

Hi Everyone

Just wanted to share two cards that I have made today.  The title of my post is Disaster Struck as I have never had so much "Bad Luck" with an image lol.

I printed this image off which is from Slinky Tart and is called Snowman CPR.

I printed it off twice as I wanted to do a Red and a Green Version.  Started colouring up the first one and got carried away with colouring the skin and she ended up naked apart from her fur and her hat!!!  So I thought hey ho will make the next one a clothed version.  Phone rang while I was colouring the second one and the snowman ended up red so that one went in the bin!!!  Needless to say that I was very annoyed but I printed off a third and managed to get a clothed version finished too.

They are both coloured using ProMarkers and Diamond Sparkles Glitter.

I would like to enter these into the following Challenges

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog today and share this card with me.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.
