Christmas Purples

Hi Everyone

It is my day to post on the Digi Doodle Studios Blog

For my Inspiration Card this week I have used this Digi Image called Christmas Grace
and I have coloured her with Copics and Diamond Sparkles Glitter.  I think I am getting better at pleats/folds lol

The Card Blank is a 6" Square and the Patterned Paper is from WRS.  I added a strip of my base layer across the card and cut a bow using a Tattered Lace Die.  The Merry Christmas and the Snowflakes are also Tattered Lace Dies.  I finished by adding Purple Pearl Gems

Thank you for visiting my blog and share this card with me today.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.

Decorative Edge Autumn

Hi Everyone

Its the middle of the month and the new challenge has started today over at CCC Digi Creations

The theme for the next fortnight is Fantasy.  I hope that you can come on over and play along with us.

We have two sponsors for this challenge one of which is The Paper Shelter and the team were kindly given this image called Autumn Enchantment to work with .

I coloured the image using Copics and went for a CAS style card but with a decorative edge which I cut using a Die-Namics Stitched Edge die.  Takes a bit of work to cut it straight and get it right but I got there in the end after alot of paper flying across the room lol. To keep it simple I added a Brown Satin Bow to finish it off.

Monochrome Magic with a Twist of Stars

Hi Everyone

It is the start of a new challenge over at Monochrome Magic today

The theme for this month is Monochrome or Monochrome with a TWIST of Add Stars.  I hope that you will come on over and play along with me this month.

For my Inspiration Project this month I made my Eldest Son's Birthday Card.  All my children have recently taken up Martial Arts and have passed their first grading which promoted them from a plain white belt to a white belt with a black stripe.  So I used this image which is perfect from Pink Gem Designs called Karate Andy and I have coloured him with Copics

The Card is a 7" Square and the patterned papers are from my stash.  I cut the star banner from an unamed die that I bought recently.  The sentiment I typed on the laptop before printing the image.

I love this image and will be using it quite a lot I think!

Too Cute to Spook Set

Hi Everyone
Today is the start of a new challenge over at A Gem of A Challenge

The theme for the next fortnight is Spots and OR Stripes or you can make a Halloween Card.  I decided to make one of each so this post is for the Halloween theme and my other post today is for the Spots and or Stripes Part lol!   Please come on over and join in with us this month.

I have used two different items to make up this project.  I made an 8" Card using Too Cute to Spook Card Topper Kit.  I cut out the Trick or Treat Label that came with the image and mounted them onto black card.  I added a star button to her hat, coloured the hat band in a Clear Star Gelly Roll Pen to add sparkle and finished with a Satin Pink Bow.

I them made a Treat Box using Too Cute to Spook Printable Treat Box
Again I coloured the hat bands with a Claeer Star Gelly Roll Pen.  I added a Large Satin Blue Bow and as you can see in the photo I have held the top closed with a paper clip.  This will not stay here lolo.  I need to add the treats then seal up the top!!

Sylvie Ballerina CAS Style

Hi Everyone

It's Tuesday again so that means it's my turn to post on the Digi Doodle Studios Blog

For my Inspiration card this week I have used one of my favourite Digi Stamps in the Store called Sylvie Ballerina  I adore this image.  She was the first Image I coloured up which if you are a regular to my blog you will remember she was done in Pinks.  This time I coloured her up in Blues and made a card which is CAS in style although it is layered up and Glittery lol.  I made a Birthday card to send to a friend and fellow crafter who lives in The Netherlands

I printed her larger this time so that she filled up the card.  I coloured her using copics and added Dovecraft Glitter to the centre of the flower on her head band.  The Card is a 6" Square and I have used Blue Glitter Card to layer her up.  The sentiment is hand stamped and is from Stampingallday.  I finished by adding a Pearl Gem to her Bow on her Ballet Shoes.

I love colouring this image, wonder what colour she will appear on my blog next lol!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and share this card with me today.  My friends Birthday was yesterday so she would have seen it before it is live on my blog lol.  Please leave me a comment to let me know what you think.  Hope to see you again soon.
