Fairy Fae

Hello Everyone!

Here I am back again with another card that I would like to share with you.  This is another one of Delicious Doodles Gorgeous Images called Fairy Fae. To make this creation I used a 6" Square Card Blank.  I coloured it using Promarkers and used Glitter on the Wings.  The Background Papers used are from Wild Rose Studio and these have been layered onto Baby Pink Card to give them a frame.  I used Wild Rose Studio Corner Flourish Die and also Memory Box Butterfly Die and added a Satin Pink Ribbon/Bow and finished off with Pink Pearl Gems. The Handstamped Sentiment is a Lotv Stamp.

Dreamy Dragon

Hello Everyone

I have been a Busy Bee the last couple of days and have left my comfort zone!  I made this Thank you Card using Wee Stamps "Dreamy Dragon" which I would like to share with you.  This is the 2nd Thank you Card I have made with a Dragon Theme and this one is for my Son's Teaching Assistant.  (He is in Dragons Class as you may have guessed!)  This card is something quite different from my usual "Square" Card Style.  I had great fun making it.  It is an Easel Card and is cut using a Marianne Creatables Die.  The flourishes I have used are also from the same die.  I coloured the image using Promarkers and cut it using my Big Shot and a Scalloped Circle Spellbinders Die.  I cut another one in pink and layered it underneath.  I then edged this with White/Pink Lace.  I added Paper Roses and a Satin Bow to finish the top bit.  I Hand Stamped a Dreamees Thankyou Sentiment and again using the Spellbiners Die cut this using a small Scalloped Circle.  This was then layered onto a larger one and I decorated them using Liquid Pearls.  I added Paper Flowers to the Flourishes and added Gems to complete the Card.  This card took me longer than my usual style (About 4 and a half hours!)  But it was such fun to do!

Angel Boo

Good Evening

Hope you are all doing well.  I decided to "Step" away from square cards for a day and make a Stepper Christmas Card.  I haven't made one of these for quite a few years and I had forgotten what Fiddly Fun they are!  The Image is called Angel Boo and is from Lacy Sunshine.  This is the First one of their stamps that I have coloured up and I love it. I have purchased several others so no doubt you will see them on my blog in the future.  I coloured the image using Promarkers.  I used a Coral Pink background card and layered Paper from Helz Cuppleditch Special Delivery Paper Pack.  I used Robert Addams die to make the Glittery Poinsettias, the Flourishes underneath these are from Marianne Creatables.  I used Robert Addams Number Die and Memory Box Alphabet Die to cut the date and the Memory Box Frosty Border Die for the decoration of the middle step.  I hand stamped the sentiment and raised it up so that the presents on the paper wouldn't be lost behind it.

Winter Sofia

Good Evening

Its the School Holidays and I am thankful for the lovely weather we have here at the moment. We are able to get out and about and stem some of the boredom for the children.
I have still been getting some craft time in and I would love to share this Christmas Card that I have made with you.  This was the first Digi Image I purchased from Artbymiran and I have been itching to colour it up. I had trouble deciding which colour scheme to use as I had several ideas but I went for the Blue option.  I coloured the image using Promarkers and then coloured the snowflakes using Gellyroll Clear Stardust Pen.  I used a 6" square card blank and layered the background paper which is from the Dovecraft Winter Wonderland Paper Pack. I mounted the coloured image onto white card and used Glitter Ribbon and tied a Bow.  I cut the snowflakes which are a Memory Box Precious Snowflakes Die (using my Bigshot) the small in white which I sprayed with Crafters Companion Spray and Sparkle, the large is cut from Glitter Paper along with the other small one. To finish I added the Circle Stamped Sentiment.  I think that just about covers it!!!!

As with most of my stamps I always want to colour them again and this is by no means an exception.  Its one of my favourties from Artbymiran and she continues to bring out fabulous new designs which I have to add to my collection.  I hope you enjoyed looking at this card.  Please leave me a comment and call back again soon

Rose and Girl

Good Evening Everyone

Thanks for stopping by today.  I have been waiting for some time to colour up an Artbymiran image and I have finally gotten around to it.  I have some beautiful Images that I have purchased from this very talented artist and I had trouble deciding which one to do first.  This one is called Rose and Girl.  As always I have coloured the image using Promarkers. I have layered a Pomegranate colour card onto a Pink colour and then layered both the image and a piece of Hunkydory Diamond Sparkles Paper onto the same.  I handmade the Roses using the Britannia Multicut Rose Die and finished off with a Pink Ribbon and Handtied Bow and a With All My Love Hand Stamped Sentiment.
